Big on shredding electronic waste

No electrical and electronic device lasts forever. When the tried-and-tested PC or the much-loved record player one day refuses to serve, the question arises as to how to properly dispose of the old devices. The problem is exacerbated insofar as there are more and more electrical devices in households and businesses. At the same time, the life cycles of the devices are becoming shorter and shorter. The German Federal Ministry for the Environment assumes that 1 to 1.5 million tons of electronic waste are produced every year. The enormously powerful TQZ Turbo-Crusher from THM takes on a central role in the shredding of electrical and electronic scrap.

At the beginning of a recycling plant, it disassembles the devices into their original components, but without separating the components and parts. This prevents any harmful substances from escaping, while assemblies such as circuit boards and condensers as well as valuable materials such as copper and iron are gently exposed. Throughput rates of up to 17 t/h also speak for the TQZ Turbo-Crusher. Thanks to lower wear costs and long service lives, high economic efficiency is guaranteed.
